I wasn’t always the coach.
I was the skinny guy.


The one who trained hard, ate “more,” and still looked smaller than he should. That frustration is exactly why I specialise in muscle gain for hard gainers today.


For over 13 years, I’ve helped skinny men build real size through structured training and macro-based nutrition — without sloppy bulking or guesswork.
